FAIR UPDATE

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES TO FAIR WEEKEND ALL EXHIBITS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE GOAL POST (ABOVE THE ARENA) ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 22YOUTH DANCE HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS- IT WILL NO LONGER BE HELD AT NMDHS. NEW LOCATION IS PARKHILL COMMUNITY CENTRE ON THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 22 7-10PMFRIDAY NIGHT SHOW IS AT THE PARKHILL COMMUNITY CENTRE ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 AT 7PMBABY SHOW AND JR. PRINCE AND PRINCESS PROGRAM WILL BE HELD IN THE PARKHILL COMMUNITY CENTRE ON SATURDAY MORNING

The Parkhill Fall Fair is very excited that we have joined with Conklin Shows to provide this years fair with an awesome Midway!! There will be rides for all ages-YES-including adults!

The Parkhill Fairboard isn't only busy on the fair weekend. They work throughout the year to bring you each years fair. The OAAS (Ontario Association of Agricultural Societies) Convention was held February 17-19 in Toronto, Ontario. Some of our executive, directors and fair ambassador attended the convention. It is a once a year event where all Agricultural Societies and Fairs across Ontario gather to discuss fair ideas and book entertainment for their fairs.

As well our Fair Ambassador Elyse Trevithick attended to meet all the other Fair Ambassadors from other fairs in Ontario. Elyse attended many sessions throughout the two days. She also had a chance to introduce herself at the Thursday night banquet. She did a fantastic job and represented the Parkhill Fair wonderfully.

The fair is very optimistic about attracting a midway to this years fair. We are in discussions with a few different midway providers and are confident we will have an exciting midway this year.
